NCAA Football Resources
DFOA is primarily a high school football officials organization. However, our members have asked for help and resources to learn NCAA rules and mechanics. In addition, there are a few summer leagues in town that use NCAA rules. In order to assist our members, we are providing the information below as a courtesy. These resources have been provided by DFOA alumni that are now working at the college level, we thank them for their support.
